🕗 Hockey Bootcamp - November 23 - December 14, 1:45 - 3:15 pm @ AMFRC
We are excited to announce that Coach Jordan Nicurity will be instructing a 4-week long Hockey Bootcamp at the Art & Margaret Fry Recreation Centre from November 23 - December 14.
This skills-based program emphasizes skating drills, puck control, shooting techniques, tactics, and conditioning. It is open to people of all skill levels aged 16 and up who are looking to improve their on-ice performance. Participants must bring their own equipment, as it is not provided. Registered players in this program will also receive free access to Sunday Scrimmage.
Cost is $50 per person. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up ASAP!!!
