Committee of the Whole
The Committee of the Whole is a committee comprising of all members of Council. Committee of the Whole meetings provide greater opportunity for discussion and debate of issues. The Committee of the Whole reports to Council.
The Recreation Board is a Council-appointed citizen advisory board to support the entire community in all recreation and leisure endeavors and create new opportunities and leadership for the citizens of the Klondike.
Recreation Grant Meetings:
Meetings are held the second Monday of the month. Applications are due the last Thursday of the month. Guidelines are available on the grant application.

Heritage Advisory Committee
Regular members of the Heritage Advisory Committee are appointed by resolution of Council. The Heritage Advisory Committee hears all matters referred to the Committee pursuant to the Zoning and Heritage Bylaws.
The Heritage Advisory Committee and its members have the responsibility to consider and make recommendations only on the heritage aspects of a development permit application or other matters referred to the Committee pursuant to Zoning and Heritage Bylaws.
Regular Heritage Advisory Committee meetings are held on the 1st & 3rd WEDNESDAY of each month in Council Chambers. Meetings are open to the public and have a standard start time of 7:00 PM. Please consult the "Upcoming Events" calendar for possible changes.
