Trails, Parks & Playgrounds

Ninth Ave Trail - Historic trail system that connects Moosehide Slide in the north end of town, with the Dyke Trail and Klondike Millennium Trail to form a loop trail encircling the historic core of Dawson City. The Trail was installed by KATTS (Klondike Active Transport and Trails Society) and its volunteers and is maintained through the Recreation Dept.

Crocus Bluff - Trail system off Mary Mcleod trail. Includes viewing platform. Crocus Bluff was taken over from YTG in 2011.

Canada 125 - Greenspace located on Front Street, between 5th Ave and 8th Ave.

Community Garden - Located on 3rd Ave and Albert Street. Plots are available on a per season basis.  

Crocus Bluff Ball Field - Baseball field and concession.

Minto Park Playground - Playground and picnic tables. Located behind the swimming pool.

Minto Park Ball Field - Baseball field and concession.

Northend Park - Located at the north end of Front Street.  Area used for special events such as Mud Bog.

Leash Free Dog Park

Victory Gardens - Greenspace located on 5th Avenue and Church Street.

Waterfront Park - Popular greenspace located on Front Street along the dike.  Includes the gazebo, picnic shelter, picnic tables, and public washrooms.
